Fire District #3 Chief Mark Havener - InstuctorThis free course sponsored by Pend Oreille Fire District No. 3 and the Pend Oreille Training Council will enhance each Firefighter's ability to perform effectively in the role of Pump Operator.  As we are all aware, the role of Pump Operator is not always a glamorous one, but when done effectively it can make the difference between fires extinguished and lives protected or real frustration for the IC and the attack crews.  Fire District No. 3 Chief Havener
