Fire District #3 Chief Mark Havener - InstuctorThis free course sponsored by Pend Oreille Fire District No. 3 will enhance each Firefighter's ability to perform effectively in the role of Pump Operator.  As we are all aware, the role of Pump Operator is not always a glamorous one, but when done effectively it can make difference between fires extinguished and lives protected or real frustration for the IC and the attack crews.
